National Service Authority Announces 2024/2025 Postings for 106,223 Graduates
The National Service Authority (NSA) has unveiled the postings for 106,223 university graduates embarking on their mandatory national service for the 2024/2025 service year. This initiative encompasses Ghanaian graduates from accredited institutions, those who completed studies abroad, defaulters, and private applicants.
Essential Steps for Completing Your Registration
1. Verify Your Placement
Visit the National Service Authority’s official website at www.nss.gov.gh to check your placement. Follow the online instructions carefully to confirm your assignment.
2. Print Your Appointment Letter
Once your placement is confirmed, print your appointment letter, an essential document for the subsequent steps.
3. Secure Endorsement
Take your appointment letter to the User Agency—your assigned organization—for endorsement. Ensure the letter is signed and stamped by the Head of the Organization or the Human Resource Director.
4. Schedule Your Registration Appointment
Return to the NSA website to book an appointment for registration. Select a convenient date and time for your visit to the regional validation centre.
5. Complete Validation and Registration
On your scheduled date, proceed to the Regional Validation and Registration Centre with your endorsed appointment letter and a valid Ghana Card. You will receive a Regional Acceptance Number (RAN) upon completion.
6. Obtain and Distribute Your New Appointment Letter
After validation, print a new appointment letter featuring your RAN. Make three copies:
• Submit one to the District Office of the National Service Authority.
• Provide one to your User Agency.
• Retain the final copy for your records.
Important Dates
• Validation and registration start on Thursday, September 12, 2024, and end on Monday, September 30, 2024.
• The official commencement of the 2024/2025 National Service Year is Tuesday, October 1, 2024.
