CEO of Menzgold Ghana Limited, Nana Appiah Mensah, also known as NAM1 would be arriving Ghana today, according to a report on Adomonline.com sighted by instabloggh.com
According to report, the high powered government delegation that went to Dubai to press for the extradition of the Menzgold CEO have reached an agreement with the Emirati authorities for his release.
The delegation includes Deputy Attorney General, Joseph Dindiok Kpemka, a representative from the Economic Organised Crime Office (EOCO), the Bureau of National Investigation (BNI) and National Security.
This was after it emerged that, he has already been arrested in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) capital on December 7 after “a gold deal gone wrong.”
Nana Appiah Mensah is also wanted for defrauding by false pretense and an allegation of money laundering after his company failed to pay customers investments.
